An efficient, empowering on the go session, lasting 20 – 30 minutes.

- Having issues with a person dominating your thoughts or space?

Immediate results can be achieved without the need for a full, hypnotic induction or session. 

Using Spatial Awareness techniques and a personalised EFT (Emotional /freedom Technique) Tapping Protocol, we can get you some immediate relief and then look at the deeper, underlying reasons in a fuller session another time.
