Thank you Amy of Peaceful Reconnections Healing Hypnotherapy for bringing me back to myself this afternoon.

What a beautiful first session dialling down my chaos and up my peace. 

A powerful and much needed hour. 

I felt totally calm relaxed and at ease with Amy’s guided session and am looking forward to my next one! 

For the moment I am enjoying floating in Lozzabella land. 

Such an impact in such a short time. Truly transformational. To feel at peace and in harmony is an incredible thing.

I had my first session with Amy a little while ago. I really didn’t think I was going to relax as there was so much on my mind. Oh my goodness, I relaxed instantly and was so deep in the state of relaxation that it was much too much effort to move an inch of my body. It was lovely afterwards and helped me deal with my thoughts and feelings in a much calmer way. I felt safe and looked after before the session, during the session and after the session. Looking forward to the next one.

Past Life Regression, Bardot & Higher Self (Zoom)

A truly profound and enlightening experience. I came away with a deeper understanding of myself, my life, and the journey that has brought me to where I am today. The past life we visited offered remarkable clarity and insight into aspects of my life today that I would never have imagined. It was as though pieces of a puzzle - were finally fitting into place and I finally had a deeper and unwavering understanding of karmic lessons.

The bardot state and meeting my higher self was an experience that will stay with me forever, illuminating the path ahead. I came away with torch I didn’t have before and now a valuable tool I can access anytime I need it.

Throughout the entire session, Amy's gentle guidance, warmth, wisdom and genuine empathy created an atmosphere of complete trust and acceptance. I felt safe, understood and enveloped in an extraordinary sense of peace and love.

A truely life changing experience with one of the best people I have ever had the privilage to meeting.

The Engine Room (IOW)

I had my first session recently and I was amazed at how the time seemed to fly by! 1 and a half hours honestly felt like 20 minutes because I felt so relaxed and at peace during the engine room session.

The whole experience from the enchanting tea ceremony at the start to the initial consultation and then to the hypnotherapy left me feeling like I had visited a 'Spiritual Spa'. Most importantly, I felt safe and that everything that was discussed was used in a positive and empowering way - no judgement or holding back. I felt liberated and appreciated.

Chair Therapy (IOW)

I just wanted to share something pretty amazing that happened today. I had to get in touch with xxx, we had the most civilised, unpressurised conversation we have ever had. I had none of the old defences or anxiety at seeing xxx and xx didn't try to control the conversation or get me to justify or explain anything. Absolutely astonishing.. We have never sat and chatted like that. It was like all the old water was under the bridge. still can't believe it. Thank you again, I feel a hundred times lighter

The notes are spot on. So nice to be able to see the session like this after the event & great to be able to revisit it. You have totally grasped my situation! Sometimes it takes people a while to get their head around it all but you managed it in 1 session!

I have been much more upbeat this week, I had a particularly 'spiritual' day on Saturday where I just seemed  to feel the bigger picture, that everything is OK, and unfolding how it is meant to. It was a nice feeling, I hope to have more of these days! I felt at peace, strong and just more in control, very nice after the last few months!
